Flamengo is reportedly interested in signing a footballer who was described as a star until moving to Europe.
According to, Flamengo is maintaining negotiations for and is nearing its first reinforcement of the transfer window. Paulo Cesar Carpegiani replaced Reinaldo Rueda as manager of the Mengao on Monday, and the club is trying to finalise a loan for the Colombian youngster. Negotiations apparently advanced in recent days.
