With multi-million dollar contracts in hand, MLB superstars can pretty much get anything they want. Houses, yachts, helicopters for some, and of course cars. The ride is what it’s all about for these MLB superstars, and it’s all about standing out. When you’re in a league with an average salary of $4.36M you could turn up to spring training and be the 5th guy to turn up in a red Ferrari. That just won’t do for these 10 MLB stars, the whip has to be special, because they’re special. There are levels to this, and stock supercars are simply the first level. We’ll take a look at 10 MLB stars and their rides to see what it takes to stand out in the car game of Major League Baseball.
Felix Hernandez – Seattle Mariners – Ferrari 458 / Lamborghini Aventador
Currently pitching for the Mariners, King Felix is one of the highest-paid players in the MLB and has a garage that anyone would drool over. The 6-time all-star owns a fleet of insane rides including a custom Toyota Tundra, a Porsche Cayenne, and a sick black and white Rolls Royce Wraith . But there are two notable cars in his garage, a custom Ferrari 458 and a blue Lamborghini Aventador.
King Felix with Jhulio Tadeo of MC Customs
Both rides have been modded and tuned by Jhulio Tadeo’s MC Customs in Miami and both are beyond ordinary. MC Customs went full tilt on these two builds and crafted custom made kits, and fitted it with high-end aftermarket parts and performance mods. With a Ferrari rolling out of the dealership for around $290,000, plus the mods we’re estimating at least a $400,000 price tag on the Ferrari.
